DAMAGE AND CLEANINGThe customer is responsible for damage or excessive cleaning caused by misuse, negligence, vandalism, unauthorized movement, prohibited materials, or failure to follow instructions. Excessive cleaning may be charged at $75 per hour. Permanent damage, theft, or loss may result in charges for the full repair or replacement value.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASEThe customer understands that inflatable play and rental equipment involve inherent risks. The customer voluntarily assumes the ordinary risks associated with possession and use of the equipment.
To the extent permitted by law, the customer agrees to indemnify, defend, release, and hold harmless A & N Bounce & Fun, LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors from claims, injuries, losses, damages, costs, and attorney fees arising from delivery, setup, possession, operation, supervision, use, or return of the rented equipment, except where a court determines that the company was grossly negligent or engaged in willful misconduct.
A & N Bounce & Fun, LLC is not responsible for injuries, delays, interruptions, or damages caused by weather, acts of God, electrical outages, customer misuse, unsafe property conditions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
ENTIRE AGREEMENTThese terms, the customer’s order, the equipment selection, safety instructions, and any applicable addendum form the complete rental agreement. Changes must be made in writing. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Connecticut law governs this agreement.
By selecting the required Rental Agreement option and completing the order, the customer confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to these terms and accept responsibility for following all safety and equipment instructions.
