When you request a quote, book, order, or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, contact and event addresses, rental dates, selected items, messages, signed agreements, and payment records. Please do not send passwords, government identification numbers, or full payment-card details through our contact or booking forms.

How we use information
We use customer information to respond to questions, prepare quotes, manage bookings and orders, arrange delivery and pickup, record payments, send rental reminders and payment confirmations, provide support, and maintain business records. We use optional text-message permission as described below.

Service providers and sharing
We use providers such as Wix for our website, rental.software for rental booking and communication, and Cash App for payments. Information needed to provide those services is processed through the provider involved. Their own privacy policies also apply to their services. We may disclose information when required by law or needed to protect our customers, staff, equipment, or legal rights.

We do not sell customer information or give it to other businesses for their advertising. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing. Providers that help us deliver our services and messages may process that information for those purposes.

Messages may concern quotes, bookings, delivery or pickup, payment reminders, or offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text permission is not required to request a quote or make a purchase.

Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. You can also contact us directly about your preferences. Text delivery depends on your carrier and service availability. Opting out of texts does not cancel a rental; contact us about booking changes. Email rental reminders and recorded-payment confirmations are separate from optional text permission.
